Pressing the power button for 3 seconds activates it. There is no detailed manual, so it's a bit difficult to get the hang of it at first, but since it's a system that tightens with clamps, you just need to position the seedling in between. Just placing it on won't provide strength, so adjust the force by gently pulling it down while holding it on your arm. As mentioned in other reviews, it's absurdly cool because when you place your calf on the side and operate it, it seems to have an effect of pressing the calf tightly with both hands.

It's convenient to use.
It provides a cool massage for the neck, shoulders, and back.
Using the massager with both arms slightly forward is much more effective.
And since it automatically stops after a certain time, it's okay even if it feels a bit awkward.
Massage chairs or massage guns are also good.
I use this neck and shoulder massager more often.
