🛑 Cancelling or Changing Your Order

Changed your mind? No worries!
You can cancel or edit your order within 12 hours of placing it – just get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Once your order is being packed or has shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to make changes.

Refunds & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll sort it out – either with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.

Not quite what you expected?

If you're not completely happy with your order, contact us – we’re always happy to chat and see what we can do to make things right.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • We’re unable to offer refunds for issues outside of our control (e.g. incorrect address provided by the customer).

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days after our standard delivery window (usually up to 45 days).
